- Non-Delivery of Service: If payment was completed but access to the service was not provided and our support team could not resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical or system error, such as duplicate charges for the same subscription period.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Dissatisfaction with channel lineup or available content
- Issues caused by slow internet speed, ISP throttling, or unstable connections
- Device incompatibility or incorrect setup on the user’s side
- Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
- Change of mind after the service has been activated
- Minor buffering, temporary interruptions, or maintenance periods
- Temporary unavailability of specific channels beyond our control
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within 7 days of the transaction or the issue occurring.

6. Processing Refunds

7. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or previous billing periods. Access to the service will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.
